HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip, stating your order number, customer address, and itemized packing list. Lids does not provide shipping labels for returns. Customers can choose their desired carrier and ship their order to the below address:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will accept returns for product in its original condition within 30 days from the date you received your order. If an item is returned after that 30 day window, Grim Hats has the right to refuse your return and not refund your order. Additionally, all returns must contain the original packing slip, stating your order number, customer address, and itemized packing list.

Please confirm your items are eligible for return (Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange).
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
Returns must include original packing slip or receipt with order number in shipment
The merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
We do not refund shipping charges.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items, undergarments, or sale merchandise. These types of sales are final.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
