We do NOT sell fedoras or scam people. If you purchased a hat that doesn’t look like one of ours, visit their site and return it to them. We are not affiliated.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original packing slip, which must include your order number, customer address, and an itemized packing list. We do not provide shipping labels for returns—please use your preferred carrier and ship your return to:

• We accept returns for hats, t-shirts, hoodies, footwear, and accessories in their original, unworn condition within 30 days from the date you received your order.

• Items returned after 30 days may be refused and not refunded.

• All returns must include the original packing slip or receipt with your order number.

• Merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or special order items, undergarments, or sale merchandise. These sales are final.

• We are not responsible for damages that occur during care, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear.

SHOE RETURN POLICY

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: Love your shoes or send them back for free. Shoes must be in new condition and unworn to qualify for a return.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns sent after this period will not be honored.
